Return & Refund Policy – WorthIt.pk

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note that sale items, customized products, and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or another suitable refund method. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
